Inventory reports WIGO

Introduction

Although you are able to check your inventory directly from the inventory module in Paragon, we have made it easy to navigate through your WIGO reports to break down the detailed information on your individual products and their corresponding locations. In reports, you will find two WIGO reports focused on inventory; inventory by location and inventory available.

Inventory by location

Keeping track of inventory can be difficult when you're managing multiple warehouses and have products in different stages of the workflow. With the new inventory by location WIGO report, you can see where your stock is distributed and group it by either location or product. As always, you can create layouts and save them, or import and export them to share with other users.

Inventory available

To get a more detailed insight into your inventory, you also have access to the inventory available WIGO report. This report breaks down the availability for each of your products into their value and stock levels, as well as inbound and previously allocated stock.

Inventory history

Our WIGO reports also let you monitor inventory transactions by collecting and displaying inventory history in the inventory history (WIGO) report. Below is a workflow of what data is displayed and how to find it in the report.

First of all, you will need to navigate to the inventory module from anywhere in Paragon by clicking the inventory button. Once you are here, select the product you wish to view and click the history tab.
Here you can see a list of all the inventory events that have taken place. By hovering over the unit value, you will see units left in stock displayed along with the amount.

Remember the details from unit value, you'll need it for the next step!

After choosing your product, you can now navigate to the inventory history (WIGO) report by selecting reports from the more button and clicking the report.

When you get into the Inventory History (WIGO) report, scroll down to find the product you chose and expand the results by clicking the arrow. From here you can view the sum quantity and unit value of your product, which should match the values from the inventory module.

Keep scrolling across and you will find a column titled unit value details which displays the same information shown when hovering over unit value in the inventory module.
