Step 1: Open the AP aging report
From any screen in Paragon, hit the more tab.
From the more tab, select the reports module.
Step 2: Select report content and filters
By default, the AP aging report will show you all accounts payable for your company, broken down by currency, vendor, transaction number, and days overdue. The report shows how many days overdue each transaction is, based on its due date. If no due date attribute is setup on your vendor invoice screen, then the report considers the transaction date instead.
If transactions are not overdue, they will show up in the current column.
Hitting the blue bar on the left side of the screen will expand your filter options.
For example, you can filter your report by vendor, currency, transaction status, transaction type, or transaction number. You can also choose your as at date. This as at date option means you can run your AP aging report in the past, present, or future, to view how many days your accounts payable are overdue on any date.
You may also select more than one option for a report by clicking and dragging along the options in the filter screen. You can see, in this example, that we've highlighted vendor invoice, vendor credit, and make payment transactions.
I've filtered my report, now what?
Once you're done setting your filters, you can export the report to Excel by hitting the export button at the far right of the screen, just above the print preview option.
Here's what your export will look like:
