Selecting and printing transactions

Paragon printed outputs are integrated with a business analytic tool called Qlikview. For more information on reports and printing, click here.

We would like to discuss printing outputs from the reports module.  Qlikview has an output limitation, when it comes to printing.

Step 1: Open the reports module

To start, let's find the reports.
The reports module can be found these two ways:

1) From the main screen when you first log into Paragon

Bottom right corner hit the more button

Then click on reports.

2) From any screen, look at the top left corner, by the search bar and hit the reports icon:

You will be navigated to the reports module:

Step 2: Select your transaction

We will be using Orders as an example. These same steps will be applicable for any transaction.

From the populated list on the left side, select Order.

Select the orders to print using the order information list:

Click on any order(s) you would like to print.

Once selected, a green box will appear next to the order.

You can click and drag to select multiple orders at a time.

The list of selected orders will appear at the right of the screen.

Step 3: Print your transactions

Note that the printer button is blue. This means that you will be able to print the selected orders.

You can only select a maximum of 20 outputs to print at a single time. This means that only 20 order numbers can be selected under one printing job.  If you select more than the limit of 20, the printer icon will grey out and become unavailable.
