What's new with Paragon - April 28, 2020

Add a pivoted transaction grid to your custom PDF output

Our report template editor provides you with the flexibility to customize your own transactions by allowing you to configure the layout as well as other auxiliary features. With this update, we added the ability to print pivoted views. A pivoted view shows sizes listed as column headers instead of rows. To achieve this, you will need to have pivot enabled in Paragon.
Without extra formatting, you can simply add a table to your template to print the pivoted view. On this table you will be able to see the total price per scale and quantity per size.

Wikett

Shipping charges configured automatically in QuickBooks Online

Wikett already imports your orders, returns, selling fees, FBA fees, and reimbursements from your Amazon Seller Central into QuickBooks automatically. Along with these transactions, various order charges, such as gift wrapping and shipping charges, are also sent to QuickBooks. For this to happen, you would have to enable the shipping charges option in QuickBooks. We now turn this setting on automatically for you, avoiding as much manual setup as possible. 

Better feedback

If you don’t want to wait for the next scheduled product or order import, Wikett allows you to trigger the process whenever you want by hitting “run now”. When this is done, you will now get a notification telling you that the import has started.
In addition, when purchasing Wikett, more information will appear in a tooltip to help with the setup process. 

Bugs

Here’s a list of the bugs we’ve eliminated with this update:

  1. The inventory adjustment journals use the correct inventory value.
  2. Attributes are no longer added to the screen set up when the edit is canceled.
  3. Adding a line to a product BOM always generates a line number.
  4. Pick and pack lists are no longer reordered after creating a new pick/pack. 
  5. Line discounts can now be printed on PDF outputs for pack, receipt, and work order.
  6. All attributes are now available in item PDF output templates.
