Here’s what we've been working on to make ParagonERP work better for you.
Did you know that you can access transactions associated to a product within the product module itself? This is called the activity panel and can also be found in the customer and vendor modules. With this update, we've added more transactions to the activity panel, so you can have a clearer picture of your customers, vendors and products.
Customer credits, vendor invoices and vendor credits were added to the product module.
Customer payments made, vendor invoices and vendor credits were added to the vendor module.
Customer credits and payments received were added to the customer module.
Rules in Paragon can be triggered after a transaction has been saved, completed, put on hold, issued, or voided. We've now added the option to create rules that are activated when creating one transaction from another. This adds more flexibility in how you can customize your Paragon system.
You can now classify companies on transactions as a factor, broker, drop shipment location, third party warehouse location, contractor, bank, or trustee. This allows you to link associated companies to each other and the transaction you're creating. If you'd like, you can also add more types of related companies.
Paragon is integrated with a new shipping platform that allows you to connect with four new carriers - FedEx, UPS, Canada Post and DHL. No need for lengthy, complex setups - now, you can ship with any of these four carriers at the click of a button!
You can create transactions from multiple sources in Paragon already. However, creating a payment off a handful of invoices by manually checking them off can be time-consuming. For this reason, we've developed the functionality that allows a rule to do this for you.
