What's new with Paragon - August 16, 2022

Persistent state WIGO report layouts

Report analysis can take time - digging into the details to identify potential problems, answer questions and make data-driven decisions to improve your business operations. And time is a valuable resource. So, to save time, any filters, columns or formatting you’ve applied to a WIGO report will now be retained per user. This means you can navigate away and still come back to pick up right where you left off. 



To return to the default layout, you can click the reset button at the top right.

Copy GL setup lines

With Paragon, you can set up automatic GL routing so that Paragon knows how and when to debit and credit certain accounts. Oftentimes, the conditions that determine whether to post into one account over another only differ slightly so it’s easier to simply copy a previous link, select the new account, and modify the specific condition that varies. 

This is particularly useful for setting up divisional or seasonal routing as shown below. 







Bugs

Here's a list of bugs we've eliminated with this update:
  1. Monetary values exported to Excel from WIGO are now always formatted in the correct format needed for performing calculations.
  2. Searching for specific records in the reservation module has been fixed.
  3. BOM line attributes can now be deleted as expected.
  4. The button for connecting to the QuickBooks integration is properly displayed when using Firefox.
