Configure your transaction creation workflow

Paragon’s flexibility allows you to create transactions from a variety of sources. For example, orders might go through both a picking and packing stage before being shipped. Other times, the hassle of those extra steps isn’t needed for smaller businesses that ship directly from the order.

You can now create custom workflows by deciding which type of transaction each stage can be created from, reducing confusion and user error. Configuration can be done in the advanced settings area for each transaction type.

Enable wildcard searching on the advanced add item modal

Businesses can have extensive product catalogs with thousands of SKUs every season. With this many items to keep track of, it can be difficult to remember exactly what each specific item is called.

Wildcard searching can help with that. It allows you to search for any combination of characters in a list of possible items, rather than just what the item starts with. This functionality can now be enabled on the advanced add item modal, making order entry much easier.

1. Transaction lines without quantities show the correct zero quantity in PDFs.
