What's new with Paragon - September 13, 2022

Ship with 2Ship under individual user accounts

Paragon’s 2Ship integration allows you to automatically capture box weights from digital scales and use the rate shopper tool to guarantee you get the best deal on shipping expenses. Users will now be logged into their specific 2Ship account when sending a shipment from Paragon. This ensures that the weights will be picked up from the scale they are working at.

Bugs

Here's a list of bugs we've eliminated with this update:
  1. The shipment reference number is now sent to 2Ship to be included on labels.
  2. Importing transactions with blank cells formatted as numbers no longer results in an incorrect error.
  3. Importing transactions with monetary or number attributes set to zero are now imported as expected. Only cells left empty are considered blank.
