What's new with Paragon - September 29, 2020

Sales journal summary WIGO report

As we continue to enhance our new BI tool, WIGO, you will see more and more reports being released. The newest one we’ve added is a sales journal summary report. 



The sales journal summary includes all the header information for invoices and credits, which can be compared against the order and RMA numbers also included in the report. As with other WIGO reports, you can add attributes, filter and reconfigure the columns and save your layouts for future reference.



You’ll also notice that the default layouts for existing reports have changed. This new layout includes a primary grouping on currency. 

Bugs 

Here’s a list of bugs we’ve eliminated with this update: 
  1. You can now print PDF templates from list view.
  2. Orders imported from an integration contain the correct tax numbers.
  3. My company settings from live mode are no longer used in test mode.
  4. Reset password emails are sent consistently.
