Setting the language in Paragon

Introduction

ParagonERP can be used in a variety of languages to better suit your needs and make it more accessible to a variety of users. It is currently available in English, French, and Dutch. It can be set up so that different users access the same system in different languages without any problems.

Choosing the language you view in Paragon

From any screen hit the settings cog to access the different modules of Paragon.

Select language settings from the communications module. Please note that only admin user accounts have access to this option.

Setting up users and their individual language configurations

Select user management from the user access card in settings.

You can then either make new users and select which language they will use in Paragon, or change the language associated with an existing user. Choose the user whose language you wish to set, and hit the edit button next to that user.

Using the user language drop down, select from the available options (Currently: Dutch, English, and French)

After selecting a language from the drop down, hit the accept button on the right and your user will now be able to use ParagonERP in the chosen language.
