Table of contents
This update expands our secure login options and strengthens the core architecture of our reporting and security protocols. We have introduced Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) and resolved several critical workflow and data integrity issues.
-
Microsoft SSO integration: You can now sign in to Paragon using your Microsoft account for a faster, more secure experience.
-
Architecture and security: Improved session management and BigQuery data structures ensure your system is safer and your reports are more accurate.
New features
Single Sign-On with Microsoft accounts
Following our Google Single Sign-On (SSO) rollout, we are excited to offer the same functionality for Microsoft account users. You can now use your Microsoft credentials to log in to Paragon, simplifying your password management and adding an extra layer of security to your profile.

Improvements
BigQuery data structure redesign
To provide more robust reporting, we have redesigned the BigQuery (BQ) data structure for company and address information. This update improves how relational data is handled, ensuring your business intelligence tools receive cleaner and more organized data.
Refined WMS login flow
We have updated the login behavior for the Paragon Warehouse Management System (WMS). When you log in, you will now be directed to the main menu instead of the pick summary screen, providing a better starting point for your warehouse tasks.
Bug fixes
-
Session management: Paragon now correctly logs users out after 30 minutes of inactivity to maintain system security. We have also improved the messaging displayed when an invalid URL (Uniform Resource Locator) is used.
-
Financial integrity: Non-stock items on financial transactions no longer create incorrect journal entries, ensuring your general ledger stays accurate.
-
BigQuery duplicates: Fixed an issue where concurrent reloads of data into BigQuery created duplicate records.
-
Screen setup: System attributes can no longer be modified in screen setup pages, preventing accidental changes to core system data. Additionally, tax attributes can now be correctly assigned to reference module screens.
-
Password reset: The reset password feature has been updated to point to the correct support email address.
-
Field adjustments: Improved the default attribute behavior for customer PO (Purchase Order) and customer order numbers.
