QuickBooks customer and vendor names in list view
With our new ParagonSMB product, you can connect your QuickBooks Online account as soon as you sign up and be up and running in a matter of seconds.
When you first connect to QuickBooks Online from within Paragon, the list view will now show both the auto-sequenced identifier and the customer or vendor name by default. This will make it even easier to identify and navigate between your customers.
Attributes needed for customer and product export will always show in the attribute panel
In ParagonSMB, if the automatic export switches are turned on in the integration screen, certain attributes are mandatory in order to export products and customers to QuickBooks Online. Now, these attributes are set to always show in the attribute panel by default so that you can easily determine what you need to fill out for successful export.
Bugs
Here's a list of bugs we've eliminated with this update:
- Various field mapping fixes were made for customers and vendors on import and export to QuickBooks Online.
- Payments created in Paragon from paid Shopify orders now get exported to QuickBooks Online as expected.
- Chat tool and help checklist still show after refreshing ParagonSMB or connecting an add on.
- Special characters are now allowed in the company name during a free trial signup.
The new features and eliminated bugs mentioned above are only applicable to ParagonSMB users.
