Item and customer information can now be stored as artifacts on transactions

We now save item descriptions using customer language. So when a sales order is created (for example) the item description is populated in the language set from that customer account via associations. You can rest assured that whatever description your items pointed to when the order was created will be carried through your workflow to all subsequent transactions (such as invoices and credit notes).

Here are a few bugs we've eliminated with this update:

  • Transaction export no longer excludes certain line attribute values
  • After transaction triggers are no longer failing and creating blank invoice totals
  • Added back the toggle options and description in the export data modal
  • Aged AR and AP reports no longer include transactions that should have been omitted
  • Improved tab sequencing on transaction screens when using a keyboard
  • We now prevent the incorrect import of blank discounts via the API (Shopify)
  • You can now delete unwanted scenarios in the print and email configuration screen
  • Corrections for address logic for three countries
  • Address validation improvement for countries within the API
