An order is the source of truth for the entire fulfillment workflow. It often needs to be checked periodically throughout the process. To increase productivity, we have given you the ability to navigate directly to an order from any of its associated transactions. 

Reliable pickers are key to accurate orders and ultimately, customer happiness. Mispicks and picker productivity are one of many insightful metrics that allow you to identify points of failure and success in the fulfillment process. But, these metrics can only be evaluated with the proper information inside Paragon. For this reason, we have added functionality in our mobile picking application that indicates who picked every item on a pick ticket. This information can then be used in all reporting.
