What's new with Paragon - March 30, 2016

New features and bug fixes every two weeks. Come back here to check out what's new.

Here's what we've been working on to make ParagonERP work better for you.

Features and Improvements

An  A/R aging report has been published.

A password reset function has been created:

  • Users have the ability to change their own passwords.
  • Administrators can reset other users' passwords. Those users will then get a temporary password e-mailed to them which they can use to log in and later reset their own password.

Power users with training have the ability to automate functions in Paragon based on any data.

Bugs

When configuring the code module in Paragon, the same drop-down values cannot be entered twice. If the same code was entered, the program would not enable you to save. We implemented a notification so that you know where this drop-down value already exists.

Long usernames were getting cut off by the setting icon in the top right-hand corner. This has been corrected.

An 'Address' field was displaying in the product module. This has been removed.

There was a bug that was preventing you from creating a manual reservation or a manual packing list. This has been corrected.

An error message occurred when trying to create a reservation off of an order. This has been corrected.

In reference forms, certain transactions associated to the reference data will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. All the transactions were showing a dollar sign ($). This has been corrected to show the currency of the transaction.

When creating a transaction, a bug was preventing you from using the right-click option. This has been corrected.
