Introducing the new Audit Trail in Paragon

With the new audit trail feature, you can search by module, transaction, item, or user to find the history of all changes that occurred. No more guess work required. This feature is important because it provides added security, accountability and transparency by providing evidence of relevant changes in your system.

Actual costs update inventory valuations and create automatic journal entries

In our last update we showed you how to include actual cost values on your receipts and shipments. With this update, you can also have these actual costs update the inventory values of your products and raw materials. This helps to track the current cost of goods based on the real-time charges you've paid to your vendors and suppliers. Automatic journal entries can also be created to reflect these changes. No need for end of the month manual journals to compensate for these expected fluctuations between estimates and actuals.
