ParagonERP Pricebooks are on the horizon!
We have added a great new feature to ParagonERP to help manage sales pricing throughout the software. The new module is called price book and can be enabled upon discussion with your implementation specialist. With this new module, we have added an import and export option - which will help speed up the process of turning it all on.
On a similar note, if you are using the price book, you can now see your current item price in the list view.
Address details are now available in List Views
We're always on the lookout for ways to improve our customer experience. With that in mind, we've added shipping and billing address details to transaction and company list views for more efficient searching and filtering.
Store and view the order and invoice status on your source orders
Once a customer order is created and processed, it may pass through multiple transactions and statuses before it is completed and invoiced. You can now view the current status of any order at any time. This information is also available in ParagonERP reporting tools.
View Material available to sell and stock information in the Custom bill of material modals
When working on customer sales orders where items have manufacturing processes attached to them, it can be very useful to see all material requirements and their availability at a glance. We have added ATS and Stock info to the custom bill of material modals in transactions to help make real-time decisions even easier.
Emails now include the PDF Template name in the attachment for easy identification and tracking
When an email is sent from a Paragon transaction, we now include the PDF Template name that was used - even when emails are generated and sent via a rule. This can save some time when investigating an email thread later on.
Here's a list of bugs we've eliminated and a list of improvements we've made with this update:
- The Modified-By information is now updated when a transaction is printed or emailed
- Preparations have begun for an improved attribute panel experience throughout Paragon
- Finalized address conversion mechanisms in the API
- RMA printing errors have been resolved
