Release Notes - September 23, 2025
Track kit components in the Order Trail and avoid double billing with new invoice filters. Plus, enhanced attachment security in Paragon.
This update improves how you track complex products and streamlines your billing process. We have enhanced the visibility of kit components in your order history and added new filters to ensure your invoicing remains accurate and error-free.
-
Kit tracking in order trail: You can now track component-based products throughout their journey just as easily as standard items.
-
Streamlined invoicing: A new filter helps you hide completed shipments, ensuring you only bill for what is outstanding.
New features
Order trail for kit items
The order trail tab is a vital tool for tracking a customer order through its various stages. We have expanded this feature to include kit products. This means the tab will now display lines for all components flagged as part of a kit, giving you full visibility into the movement and status of component-type items.

Improvements
Filter out completed shipments
To help you maintain billing accuracy, Paragon now offers an option to filter your view when creating invoices. You can choose to only see shipments that have quantities still left to invoice. This prevents confusion and ensures that your customers are never billed twice for the same items.

Attachment security
We have implemented additional security layers for transaction attachments. This update ensures that your uploaded documents and files are stored and accessed with higher encryption standards and tighter access controls.
Bug fixes
-
Order trail duplicates: Fixed a bug where purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoices were creating duplicate entries in the order trail tab.
-
Quickbooks Online (QBO): Updated the Quickbooks Online branding and logos within the integration settings to match their latest brand guidelines.
-
API performance: We have made ongoing improvements to our Application Programming Interface (API) to ensure faster data exchange and better stability for third-party connections.
