In some circumstances, it may be important that a transaction does not change after it has been issued. For example, once an invoice has been sent and accounted for in your AR, the amounts and terms have been agreed upon with the customer and therefore should not be changed. This can be accomplished by locking the transactions automatically when the transaction is issued, which can now be configured per module in screen setup. If a mistake was made, the transaction can be unlocked from the action button by users who have been given permission to do so.
