What's new with Paragon - December 5, 2023
Adjust inventory using the mobile application
Stock numbers often need to be adjusted when it’s damaged, misplaced or stolen. Being able to quickly correct the stock count for a specific location is essential in ensuring that available inventory is accurately reflected in your ERP system and connected webshops. For companies that use Paragon’s mobile picking application, users now have the ability to perform inventory adjustments while out on the warehouse floor with the help of ring and barcode scanners. This can be found within the Adjust Inventory section of the application and allows you to:
- Scan the item being adjusted
- Scan or select the location to adjust
- Enter the quantity that the stock in that location should be adjusted by
- Enter the adjustment reason and confirm
Bugs
Here's a list of bugs we've eliminated with this update:
- Emailed custom PDFs can now properly show pivoted line information.
- Default values are set when configured on the more tab of transactions.
- The search filter when creating a transaction from another transaction will now persist if all transactions are deselected.
- Security settings can now be used to prevent users within a security profile from being able to add lines to transactions.
