Paragon Light Mode is here!
Everyone has their preferences and being able to configure your ERP to be in light or dark mode is a nice touch. All
list view pages can be viewed in either our original dark mode or the new light mode theme. This setting can be changed from your user management modal - talk to your administrator if you do not have access to it.
View longer addresses with ease on transaction screens
As part of our ongoing address improvements across Paragon, we have added just a little feature to help with viewing long addresses on your transactions. A simple scrollbar can go a long way.
Capture recent purchase costs by item
Knowing the most accurate and up to date
value of your goods is vital to any business. Paragon can give you that information automatically in real time with your purchase receipts. Landed costs at your fingertips. The Last Landed Cost attribute can also be seen in our list views and all of our reporting tools.
Track when your transactions are printed or emailed
More information is always appreciated. Being able to easily see any time a
transaction has been printed or sent out to your clients or vendors is helpful for managing your communication. Enjoy the new attributes that have been added to our most important modules.
Prevent new transactions for customers while suspended
Automatically hold operations for certain
customers when something needs more investigation. Simply set the client to On Hold and sales transactions cannot be issued. All other customers will be unaffected while you get things sorted out worry-free.
Here's a list of bugs we've eliminated with this update:
- Automatic import of Shopify orders has been restored
- Items can no longer be picked from locations with insufficient stock
- Automatic invoice emails have been restored
- Shopify invoices are again being automatically sent to QBO with correct taxes
- Minox deposit transactions are no longer returning an error
- All active GL accounts are again available when creating journal entries
- Open A/R amounts in the customer module have been corrected
- Various improvements to our monitoring and maintenance tools
