Easily copy user profiles for faster setup and enjoy improved login stability and Safari compatibility in Paragon.

This release focuses on simplifying user administration and ensuring a smoother access experience across different browsers. We have introduced tools to manage user profiles more efficiently and resolved common login and display issues.

  • Streamlined user setup: You can now copy existing user profiles to quickly set up new team members with the same access levels.

  • Browser and login stability: Display issues in Safari have been resolved, and the login timeout process is now much clearer.

New features

Copy and manage user profiles

Setting up new users is now much faster. Since team members in the same department often need the same access, you can now copy an existing user profile to use as a template for a new one. Additionally, you can now delete obsolete or unused profiles to keep your user management list clean and organized.

Bug fixes

  • Login timeouts: We improved the user experience for session timeouts. You will no longer see "forbidden page" messages when your session expires; instead, the system redirects you smoothly.

  • Safari compatibility: Fixed a display bug where some attributes were hidden when using the Safari browser. All attributes are now visible across all supported browsers.

  • Screen setup: We implemented improvements to how ordinals are assigned during screen setup to ensure consistent layouts.
