Discounts, other charges, and tax values are now visible in the list view
Our
list view feature throughout Paragon is a powerful tool, allowing you to see, filter, search by, and sort on any attribute available in the selected module. We are always looking to improve even our best tools so we have added the Discounts, Other Charges, In Transit Costs, and Taxes to the list view columns. It's never been easier to have all the information about financial transactions at your fingertips.
Track inventory history with related source information
Being able to quickly determine where an
inventory movement was initiated can save time and reduce miscommunication. We have added a column called "originating transaction" to the inventory history screen for easy analysis of these movements. To make life even easier, that source information is also available on inventory history reports across Paragon. No more guessing about why inventory was adjusted.
Bugs
Here's a list of bugs that we've eliminated with this update:
- Bank reconciliation files can now be imported via the action button
- Vendor and customer invoices now have correct totals even when item values have more than two decimals
- PDF checks now contain all required data when printed using the bulk action feature
- The GL balances WIGO report now shows the correct values by GL account
