Welcome to our new PDF template editor!

We know how vital clear communication is to your business. Making sure that your customers know exactly what's been ordered or shipped is crucial. Informing your vendors and suppliers about what you would like to purchase and when to deliver can be even more critical to managing your timelines and supply chain.

Paragon now allows you to create your own PDF output templates (for invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, and more) to facilitate communication and business processes. This tool allows you to create a template based on our standard outputs, as well as make changes to images, design elements, and attributes, and then save the new template for use with any Paragon module of your choice. This means that your PDFs will look and print exactly how you want them to, without having to outsource their creation.

We also added the ability to generate these PDF templates from any transaction action button. You can also add these templates to your emails generated by ParagonERP.

GL Balances report for manual journal entries

Sometimes, tasks just can't be automated.  In certain scenarios, you need your financial processes and reports to be a little more detailed and granular than usual. For that reason, the GL Balances report now lists all journal lines separately (even if GL accounts and amounts are repeated) so that you can customize the level of detail you are looking for in your report.
